• Extensive experience in prototype manufacturing. We work closely with several engineering and design facilities to ensure that product designs are manufactured on a cost effective basis.
• Routine machining of parts with finished tolerances of +/- 0.001”, including parts made out of exotics.
• Our machine tool inventory covers a broad range of capabilities, including both CNC and manual lathe and mill machines. As a result, we have the ability to focus on large quantity orders as well as one-off jobs.
• We are specialists in turnkey manufacturing with an experienced internal staff as well as a strong base of outside service providers to ensure that your product and quality requirements are always met.
• We only employ ‘Class A’ machinists who have the experience and knowledge to manufacture and machine a wide range of products and materials.
