Our operations are in a 16,000 square foot facility located at 4136 Pinemont in Houston, Texas, 77018. With full air conditioning, heating, tooling inventory, and a stocked kitchen, we provide the environment and resources needed for our machinists to be successful.

 

Machining and Tooling Capabilities

Our staff of experienced machining professionals can assist you in meeting your machining and manufacturing challenges.

Our general machining capacity is for parts from 1” OD to 40” OD, at lengths of up to 50-60”.

Our expert machinists have substantial experience in machining all types of parts and materials, from Low Alloy Steels to more exotic Nickel Based Alloys. D&S has significant expertise in manufacturing components used in Drilling, Completion and Production operations for a broad range of OEM’s.
