• At D&S, we believe that exceptional quality, accompanied by exceptional service, is the root core of our business. Our philosophy is to ingrain quality into every process, beginning with the quotation phase through the delivery of a completed order.

• As a turnkey manufacturer, our customers expect, and they demand, that we have uncompromised quality systems and procedures in place to ensure that the correct raw material is used for their product, that appropriately approved and qualified sub-vendors are utilized for all types of testing, coating and painting, welding and overlay, and any number of other processes which are involved in manufacturing a turnkey component which meets or exceeds their requirements.

• A complete, thorough evaluation of all engineering and procurement variables during the quotation phase to ensure customer requirements are understood and considered, including quality plans, raw material, testing phases, and other outside processes.

• Timely and accurate processing of new orders, including preparation of a complete, comprehensive router and work order packet to ensure that all customer requirements are properly considered and scheduled.

• Maintaining complete material traceability, beginning with an initial receiving inspection and throughout the manufacturing process, including identification of excess raw material for use in subsequent orders.

• A commitment to furnish the completed product to the customer in the condition that it was originally designed. Close is not good enough. Our expectation and goal is to achieve and maintain strict requirements to all engineering documents associated with each part.

• 100% dimensional reports on all parts we ship. We have an experienced inspection staff which possesses the knowledge, expertise and commitment required by our customers, some of whom entrust us with “dock to stock” capability.

• Utilization of Controlled Inspection Equipment, subject to periodic and regular calibration by qualified 3rd parties.
